Challenge: To assist the President in recruiting a strategic member for his CODIR following a retirement.
Result: In-depth study of the current position and reflection on its evolution desired by the Management. Definition of a suitable profile and identification of the desired human and technical skills. Based on this information, development of a recruitment process to assess the skills of candidates (personality tests, role-playing, etc.). Recruitment of the candidate who appears to be the most suitable for the position. To date, the management is very satisfied with the selected candidate.
