The strategic reorientation missions that we entrusted to TriesseGressard proved to be rich and positive each time, thanks in particular to their knowledge of the players, the challenges of our sectors and their combined skills. We particularly appreciated the upstream descriptions of their missions, the proposed work axes and methods, their work on value creation and their analysis of the client portfolio and performance. In addition, their approach to conducting and leading meetings with internal teams, with their ability to listen, synthesize and report were particularly appreciated.
