We worked with Triesse Gressard in the context of a reflection on our industry. Thanks to its experience and above all its ability to rise above the debates, the firm was able to put the basic problems on the table and thus propose effective ways to find solutions adapted to the specificity of our Le Gruyère AOP cheese.
