We relied on TriesseGressard to conduct a strategic reflection on the future of field crops in the Intermediate Zone (Cher), a territory characterized by a limited yield potential. Thanks to the methodology and the contribution of adapted references of the firm, not only have we been able to finalize the drafting of a relevant systemic strategic project, but above all, it is still used in 2021 to prioritize actions of territorialized agricultural development.
