The explosion of supply costs is rapidly affecting our food industry.

Industrial contractors tend to put their feet up and wait for better visibility; the cost of construction has soared and is temporarily compromising investment projects.

We have several examples in the current projects we are accompanying.

Agricultural inputs are following the same curve, what will be the repercussion on the value chains for the 2022 harvests?

This supply crisis, unprecedented in its scope, reinforces our conviction of the need for better control of food value chains. The challenges are immense because huge differences in costs depending on the origin prevent simple reflections on relocation. It is a question of having a complex strategic thinking and this concerns all the departments of the company: marketing (segmentation of the offer and prices, renewal of the customer experience, ...), R&D (upstream innovations, naturalness, ...), industrial management, CSR, ...

Soliance Alimentaire, with our partner ADIX, is further strengthening our capacity to accompany general management in these essential transformations. The food team is now made up of 20 people with physical presences in the main French regions.
