Territorial food systems

Supporting the structuring of local food chains

Nurturing the vision

Regulations, consumer expectations and agricultural practices are all factors that are changing food systems. As pillars of this change, the territories are committed through Territorial Food Projects, the transformation of collective catering, the development of short circuits and local channels.

Our dual culture of the public and private sectors allows us to bridge the gap between the political vision and the technical, economic and human realization of territorial projects.

First, we carry out a diagnosis of the sector "from farm to fork", i.e. from the actors of agricultural production to the actors of food distribution and consumption by the inhabitants.

Cultivating action

The second phase is dedicated to actions: from simple recommendations to the definition of a strategy and a concerted action plan.

Our methodology is based on :

  • Complementarity of qualitative and quantitative approaches with literature reviews, stakeholder interviews and modeling for structured food diagnostics
  • The mobilization of food system stakeholders for a shared strategic vision, essential to the success of these projects
  • The definition of food governance
  • Operational implementation through the co-construction of action plans
