Supporting the structuring of local food chains
Regulations, consumer expectations and agricultural practices are all factors that are changing food systems. As pillars of this change, the territories are committed through Territorial Food Projects, the transformation of collective catering, the development of short circuits and local channels.
Our dual culture of the public and private sectors allows us to bridge the gap between the political vision and the technical, economic and human realization of territorial projects.
First, we carry out a diagnosis of the sector "from farm to fork", i.e. from the actors of agricultural production to the actors of food distribution and consumption by the inhabitants.
The second phase is dedicated to actions: from simple recommendations to the definition of a strategy and a concerted action plan.
