Evaluation, call for projects and land planning
Public action must be evaluated to know whether it has achieved its objectives, whether it has effectively and efficiently met the needs of its targets, and to reconfigure it if necessary. Moreover, this action is increasingly based on calls for projects, which must then be designed as accurately as possible. Finally, territorial planning is at the heart of the missions of local authorities through the PLU and SCOT, which are increasingly intersecting with the TAP on the issue of food resilience.
We support institutions and communities in the development and evaluation of their policies through a participatory approach.
After the strategic stage of building the evaluation framework (reconstruction of the flow chart, formulation of evaluation questions, definition of indicators and criteria), our method is based on information gathering. It essentially includes documentary analysis, individual and group interviews, survey questionnaires, etc. Generally in collaboration with our historical partner Quadrant Conseil.
For the elaboration of planning documents (SCOT, PLU) we bring our expertise of agriculture and food systems with an "ecosystemic" view that is enriched by our experience in the structuring of sectors and PAT.
