Processing, logistics and distribution facilities are often key tools for structuring supply chains and implementing food policies in a given territory. The success of these projects requires a detailed understanding of the organization of the sectors and the needs of the actors, as well as the identification of the project leaders and the key partners to be mobilized. Soliance Alimentaire provides expertise and "tailor-made" technical support from the upstream study phases to the implementation and deployment of these facilities (vegetable/preserving plant, slaughterhouse, dairy/cheese factory, producers' store, wholesale market, logistics platform, etc.)

We carry out an analysis of the organization, the flows and the various distribution channels on the territory, the existing economic fabric and identify opportunities with regard to the downstream markets.

Based on fieldwork and listening, we identify the framework conditions and the key success factors of the project specific to the territory.

Cultivating action

We support you in your decision-making process by identifying with you the different scenarios or possible directions of the project. We pay particular attention to mobilizing ad-hoc tools (analysis, mobilization, etc.) and to providing the necessary external insights and recommendations.

With our partners, we support the projects in their operational declension (site analysis, technical dimensioning, equipment and technology, management, ground plan).

We evaluate the investments to be made and accompany you in defining the project's economic model. We analyze its economic profitability and identify with you the key points of vigilance.

Deployment strategy
