Issue: As part of its Territorial Food Project, Angers Loire Métropole is considering the development of a local product offer for professionals in the sector.
Result: In close collaboration with SOMINVAL, Soliance Alimentaire studied the opportunity of the project at the MIN through:
- An analysis of the MIN's external environment
- Listening to the MIN's operators (vision, needs, issues, opportunities)
- A survey of professionals in the sector
- Recommendations on the follow-up
