Issue: Following a reorganization project, establish a diagnosis of the functioning and organization of the administrative and financial department in order to make it more efficient.
Result: Diagnosis established on the functioning of the service, both at the organizational and human levels. Proposal of modifications and adaptations in order to optimize the functioning and the quality of the service.
